MY CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS IS 5-7DAYS 

THIS IS AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but may take longer.  Keep in mind that current situations around the country may result in a slight delay in shipping times. Creation time is not affected. 

Creation time + shipping time = package arrival

By ordering, you are confirming that you agree to this turnaround time.

The shipping method you choose will be used once we finish your order.

We are not responsible for your order being shipped to the wrong address,  
so please ensure you enter your CORRECT address at checkout. If the item is returned back to me, buyer is responsible for a re-shipping fee. Due to the custom nature of our products, nail orders  are non-refundable.
Nails by Kim K is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Packages ship with a tracking number. If your order says delivered and you haven't received it, you may file a claim with the USPS to help locate your order. However, please do contact me if there is an issue with your order once you receive it.

Nails by Kim K transfers all responsibility and handling to USPS once your order ships, so if a delivery issue arises, please contact your local postal carrier or go in person to your local post office. They will be able to better locate your package.
